Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Shipping Associate and become the friendly face of our store! In this energetic role, you will engage with employees, assist them with shipping our products via USPS and UPS. Your enthusiasm and dedication will drive shipping and ensure every customer receives the items that they have ordered. You are passionate about the craft and want to provide exceptional service. This position is detailed oriented. Duties Greet other Sales Associates warmly and provide assistance on Shipping orders. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries in a promptly manner.
