Job Description

Inbound Receiving Clerk Description Our client is looking for an organized individual who will flourish in a fast-paced environment to join their team as an Inbound Receiving Clerk! This opportunity offers starting pay of $20/hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a pay increase to $22/hour after 90 days, conversion to full-time associate! Receive goods into the system according to inbound receiving work instructions. Receive all customer return goods and notify appropriate parties of any RMA discrepancies. Communicate all goods returned without RMAs. Organize all inbound shipping documents. Ensure goods received are in the correct ERP and physical bins. Coordinate all inter bin transfers and respond to any requests for information from accounting and other internal departments. Ensure all receiving documents are submitted to the proper department. Assist in shipping when needed and perform other duties as assigned. Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of specialized business training. Strong grammar, spelling, and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of personnel, customers, and outside vendors. Professional demeanor. Ability to work independently. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information. Ability to understand business mathematics. Proficient in the use of spreadsheet and word processing software. Net Suite experience is a plus. #LI-JL1 Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
