In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing products for shipment, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of quality control. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills in materials handling, heavy equipment operation, and warehouse management will be valued and utilized daily. Responsibilities Carefully pack products using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit Conduct quality control checks to ensure items meet company standards before shipping Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and conducting regular stock counts Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency in packing and shipping operations Skills Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and warehouse distribution practices Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control and accurate order processing Physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and standing for extended periods Prior warehouse experience is a plus for leadership responsibilities in team coordination Join us in creating a fast-paced environment where your skills in materials handling, heavy equipment operation, and order fulfillment make a real impact.
