Small Parts Shipping Clerk

Work in a small team environment to pick, pack and ship orders. Use ERP and Fed Ex software to process orders and manage inventory. Support the optimization of warehouse stock locations and space utilization including the implementation of a smart warehouse identification system.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Previous inventory or receiving/shipping experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Proven computer skills especially with MS Office applications and accurate data entry Experience using inventory management software programs preferred

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Pick Pack and Ship orders out via FedEx
• Support the inventory cycle count and physical inventory process on a daily basis
• Daily clean up and restocking the work area

SKILLS PREFERRED

Proficient with or able to quickly learn how to operate within an ERP system (Syteline) Able to accurately count material quantities and maintain accurate records Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and to multitask Able to collaborate with other team members to ensure all job requirements are met daily Good communication and organizational skills Self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable Excellent time management and organizational skills. Willing to take on additional tasks as assigned Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions, short correspondence and memos, ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one setting with fellow employees, and attend any mandatory company training that is deemed necessary for the position.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
