Shipping & Receiving Clerk FLSA:

Non-Exempt SUMMARY Shipping & Receiving Clerk at BLEFA Kegs, Inc. is responsible for the logistics of kegs throughout the facility. This includes, but not limited to general labor, loading/unloading trucks, material handling of pallets and other supplies used in the warehouse. The S&R Clerk will spend a majority of the time in the warehouse operating a forklift in accordance with the company's processes, procedures and standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Drive a forklift >80% of the time.
• Pick orders for shipment.
• Receive inbound loads and manage placement within storage areas.
• Support the keg service line and various other areas with material staging and removal .
• Complies with established forklift safety policies.
• Works in shipping/receiving area hand loading/unloading containers of kegs.
• Reliable attendance is a must.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to maintain a company issued forklift license.
• Ability to operate equipment as needed.
• Ability to use hands fingers and arms repeatedly.
• Ability to lift up to 50Ibs. Floor to waist frequently.
• Ability to team lift up to 80Ibs.
• Ability to push or pull objects up to 80Ibs occasionally.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 10hrs per day.
