Assist in day-to-day operations of the Picking Associates on the floor and making operations run smoothly. Shippers will be operating at a computer station and checking packages for accuracy. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift - 6:30am-3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Consistently meets or exceeds departmental expectations. Shipping small parcel packages Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors Keep the warehouse clean and organized Report any order discrepancies or issues to management Handle errors that are found at the shipping station Maintain a clean and safety work environment to prevent accidents and injuries Maintain compliance, safety, and quality standards by ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures Following safety procedures, maintaining precise records of all product movements, and implementing quality control measures are also crucial Capable of working overtime if needed, including extra hours during the week and some Saturday mornings. Maintain a clear and organized work environment by ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.
