Seasonal Parts Expediter/Shipping Clerk May-October Hours:

Mon - Thurs 7AM-4:30PM, Fri 7AM-11

$18.96 Shipping & Warehouse Associate Position Summary This position is responsible for fulfilling customer orders by ensuring parts are properly cleaned, painted, packaged, weighed, labeled, and prepared for on-time shipment in accordance with company standards and carrier requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Process and fulfill customer, dealer, and OEM orders accurately and efficiently Track shipments and prepare completed orders for carrier pickup Move finished orders to designated loading areas and assist with loading shipping trucks Unpack, sort, organize, and store products using 5S and Lean manufacturing practices Perform inventory checks, cycle counts, and inspect parts for quality and quantity accuracy Select appropriate packaging materials based on product size, weight, and shipping destination Build, tape, and prepare boxes using approved packaging materials and branded tape Use proper filler materials and dunnage to prevent shipping damage Coordinate with the paint department to ensure products meet customer specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times Shrink-wrap and bag pallets containing large parts for shipment and delivery Accurately weigh packages and apply shipping labels and documentation Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures Participate in cross-training and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of six (6) months of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or package distribution preferred Skills & Knowledge Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn shipping software systems Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing principles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Willingness to assist in areas outside normal daily responsibilities when needed Physical Requirements Ability to safely navigate warehouse environments and work around equipment and inventory Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.96 - $18.96
