Performs general shipping and receiving duties such as order picking, verifying orders are 100% correct, and general quality checks. 2. Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base. 3. Responsible to make arrangements for pick-up by the carrier specified on the customer's purchase order which is conveyed to the shipping clerk by final inspection via the shipping instructions. 4. Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. 5. Responsible for always keeping an adequate supply of materials on hand. 6. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. 7. Required to make pick-ups and deliveries to our suppliers for parts and raw materials using a company box truck. 8. Complies with all safety, health and regulatory compliance laws and policies. 9. Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
