40 per week (Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, occasional holidays) About the Role TYLER'S is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is rooted in two key areas, Customer Support and Order Fulfillment, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across departments, and helping customers have a seamless shopping experience from click to doorstep. You'll assist online shoppers through phone and email, answer questions about both our website and in-store operations, and help process and ship orders using ShipStation. This role offers a behind-the-scenes look at how TYLER'S ecommerce works hand-in-hand with our stores, fulfillment team, and customer base across Texas. Key Responsibilities Customer Support Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone Troubleshoot common order issues and provide timely resolutions Coordinate with store locations on inventory availability and order fulfillment Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups Uphold TYLER'S commitment to friendly and solution-oriented service Handle questions about physical store hours, product availability, return policies, and in-store events Act as a knowledgeable bridge between our website and our nine Texas store locations Troubleshoot online order issues such as tracking delays, product concerns, and payment errors Fulfillment & Operations Pick, pack, and ship online orders through ShipStation with accuracy and efficiency Monitor high-priority orders and ensure timely fulfillment, especially during peak seasons Communicate order delays, product discrepancies, or system issues to the Fulfillment & Customer Support Manager Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping space What We're Looking For Previous experience in e-commerce customer service, order fulfillment, or retail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment Staying organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have) Experience with ShipStation or similar shipping/OMS tools Familiarity with TYLER'S product lines, store locations, and customer base Previous experience supporting customers in a retail or online sales environment Understanding of how physical retail and ecommerce intersect Familiarity with BigCommerce or other e-commerce CMS platforms Prior retail or apparel industry experience Understanding of inventory or order management systems What You'll Gain This role offers hands-on experience with the full ecommerce and customer service cycle, from supporting online and in-store shoppers to fulfilling orders and handling real-time challenges.
