Workers pick and pack prepared meals into shipping cartons. This is a temp-to-hire role with conversion to permanent employee at the hours threshold. Pay is $17 per hour with weekly pay; upside available based on skillset and bilingual capability. Schedule is Saturday through Wednesday (5 days per week): Saturday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Sunday through Wednesday 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM Responsibilities may include: Pick prepared meals from designated locations following work instructions Pack picked items into shipping cartons accurately and at pace Maintain workflow efficiency up to 400 orders per hour at peak Hand off completed orders to delivery drivers on time Follow GMP and harassment-prevention training requirements

Requirements:

18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States Closed-toe shoes (no crocs); cold-room jacket provided by the facility Comfortable working in a cold, temperature-controlled environment (~38 degrees Fahrenheit) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs throughout the shift Standing and walking for 5 to 9 hour shifts Basic computer skills Standard background check before first shift Spanish-speaking strongly preferred; bilingual English/Spanish ideal (supervisors are bilingual) sri: e6a21f92-24e6-4fb4-a3c7-7d6691a96ecd Labor That Works LLC connects the top 1% of workers with open shifts at warehouses and event venues across the country
