CLERKMonday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm $11.00 per hourESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSProcess and complete customer orders for shipment using company software Prepare shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping systems Weigh, label, and package products accurately for delivery Coordinate daily with customer service, quality control, and production teams Monitor order status and ensure shipments go out on schedule Review shipping instructions and ensure all requirements are met Prepare bills of lading and arrange pickups with carriers Complete international shipping documentation when needed Maintain accurate records of orders, shortages, and reorders Communicate with freight and ground carriers to coordinate shipments Assist customer service with order follow-ups and urgent ("HOT") orders Make inventory adjustments within the company software as needed Support packing and filing tasks when required Follow all company safety guidelines and proceduresJOB REQUIREMENTS
