Material Handler / Yard Worker - XL Systems (National Oilwell Varco)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Reach me on 713-965-6191 Education High School Diploma or GED required Key Skills Material handling experience Knowledge of shipping & receiving Safety-focused mindset Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks Team player with good attendance and punctuality Job Summary XL Systems, a division of National Oilwell Varco, is hiring for a material handling/yard support role in the oil & gas manufacturing industry. Responsibilities Inspect pipe threads and protectors before shipping Clean, measure, and prepare materials Operate forklifts and backhoes (training provided) Support inventory control and material flow Follow safety and quality procedures Assist with yard operations and other assigned duties Requirements Understanding of shipping/receiving processes Ability to work outdoors or in manufacturing conditions for long hours Capable of walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Basic use of measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, etc.)
