ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Pull and fulfill orders accurately using pick tickets, ensuring correct products, quantities, and specificationsSelect, pack, label, and prepare materials for shipment following company procedures and FIFO guidelinesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase ordersTransport materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and forkliftsMaintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper stock rotationRecord shipping and receiving data, including weights, damages, and discrepanciesOperate warehouse systems (ERP, handheld devices, or kiosks) for tracking materials and ordersInspect products for quality standards and remove defective items as neededKeep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standardsReport equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent requiredForklift certification preferred or requiredKnowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and FIFO practicesBasic math and computer skills for data entry and order processingExperience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment preferredCapability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillmentDependable, team-oriented, and committed to workplace safety #psseguin
