Fulfillment Associate 4714 FM 1488 Rd, Conroe, TX 77384 From $18 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $18 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Position Summary The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders generated through live streams, online sales, and wholesale transactions. This role is critical to maintaining order accuracy, protecting high-value trading cards, and ensuring a professional customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Sports and Pokemon trading cards knowledge is not required but that's what our business is based around. Primary Responsibilities Order Processing & Packaging Pull and verify items for each order with high accuracy Carefully sleeve, protect, and package trading cards and sealed products Follow company packaging standards for protection and presentation Separate and stage premium or "hit" cards according to internal procedures Ensure back-wall or high-value items receive manager verification before shipment Shipping & Labeling Print and apply shipping labels accurately Verify customer information and order contents before sealing packages Organize outgoing shipments for carrier pickup Maintain clean and organized shipping stations Inventory Handling Assist with sorting, organizing, and storing inventory Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately Help maintain accurate inventory counts when needed Quality Control Follow fulfillment checklists for every order Maintain high standards of care when handling collectible items Ensure orders are shipped complete and on time Workplace Organization Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area Follow company housekeeping and organization standards Support overall workflow during and after live sales events Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow structured processes and checklists Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Basic computer skills (shipping software, order systems, label printing) Ability to stand, move, and lift packages during shift Preferred Experience in shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment work Familiarity with trading cards or collectibles Experience with live commerce or e-commerce operations Performance Expectations High order accuracy rate Timely processing and shipment of orders Consistent adherence to packaging standards Clean and organized workspace Positive contribution to team workflow Work Environment Warehouse, office, and livestream production setting Fast-paced during and after live sales events Team-oriented and process-driven Schedule Flexible scheduling may include evenings or weekends depending on live stream and fulfillment volume Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods Lifting and moving packages Repetitive packing and labeling tasks Role Importance This position directly impacts customer satisfaction, brand reputation, and operational efficiency.
