Job Description

Leader in the manufacturing road traffic equipment, Ver-Mac manufactures variable message signs, arrow boards, solar light towers, speed signs, trailer-mounted cameras and temporary traffic signals. Recently, Ver-Mac launched a range of mobile and portable products developed for the security and surveillance industry. Job Description:
Shipping:
Stages outgoing finished product for shipment with the use of a forklift. Performs visual inspection of outgoing finished product. Verifies BOL and product identification. Processes/Complete shipment documentation. Loads finished product with use of a forklift. Properly secures load for safe transportation. Communicates with various departments.
Receiving:
Unloads received material with the use of a forklift and overhead crane. Performs visual inspection of received material for damage. Verifies materials and products by performing counts of incoming material and properly identifies product and quantities according to BOL. Processes/Completes receiving documentation. Safely locates received material in proper locations. Organizes and labels all inventory/products. Misc.
Duties:
Replenishes production line with warehouse materials. Ability to work independently and as a team, demonstrating a "Can DO" attitude. Performs daily equipment inspections. Performs Cycle Counts. Performs special projects as needed. Assists in Inventory Store, Warehouse or other department as needed
