Pay:
$20.00 per hour Job description: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Job Duties:
Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documents Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies Process received goods within the ERP or warehouse management system Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing lists, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and shipping labels Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight companies Stage finished goods and materials for shipment Ensure shipments meet customer requirements and packaging standards Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock verification Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Communicate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams regarding shipment status and material availability
Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish required Previous Shipping & Receiving experience required Experience with shipping documents, packing slips, and Bills of Lading (BOLs) Basic computer skills and experience working within an ERP or inventory system Sit-Down Forklift experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
