Located in Fort Worth, Defender features 30 indoor shooting lanes, professional training facilities, private event spaces, and a 6,000-square-foot retail store. Our work environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on delivering exceptional service both in-store and online. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce & Operations Specialist to support our growing e-commerce operations. This position is responsible for taking/editing pictures of firearms, creating/managing online product listings, processing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. They are comfortable working independently, adaptable to changing priorities, and willing to contribute wherever needed to support the success of the team.

General Duties Include:

Creating and managing online product listings Photographing firearms and products for online sales channels Editing product images and maintaining listing quality standards Writing accurate product descriptions and specifications Processing and shipping daily customer orders Creating purchase orders and communicating with vendors and manufacturer representatives Receiving and entering inventory into company systems Verifying shipments and inventory quantities for accuracy Preparing and packaging inventory for transfer to other company locations Maintaining accurate records using Lightspeed Retail, QuickBooks, Excel, and other software platforms Assisting with inventory control and stock management projects Supporting additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong computer skills and proficiency with Excel and business software Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Must be comfortable handling firearms Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent Must be 21 years of age or older
