As we continue to grow, we're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support our fast-paced production and fulfillment operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our customized medications arepackaged, processed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to patients and clinics. Why Drug Crafters?

Medical/dental insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and more for full-time employees What You'll Do Accurately package and prepare orders for shipment Verify shipment contents against prescriptions and order details Process outgoing shipments using designated carriers and systems Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and compliance with internal procedures Maintain organization and cleanliness of shipping and staging areas Coordinate with production and pharmacy teams to meet shipping deadlines Monitor shipping supplies and notify leadership of inventory needs What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is:

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting needs Requirements Prior shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred Experience in a regulated healthcare or pharmacy environment is a plus (not required) Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift 10 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally Strong attention to detail and accuracy Must pass background check and pre-employment/random drug screening Positive, self-driven work ethic

Compensation Pay:

$17.00-21.00 per hour, based on experience
