Assembly Associate

Small, growing welding supply e-commerce business looking for a dependable, hands-on person to help with daily operations. This is a straightforward, repeatable job suited for someone who likes working with their hands and staying organized. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Cut welding hoses to specified lengths
• Assemble small brass fittings and components
• Basic inventory tracking and organization
• Drop off shipments at UPS and USPS Requirements
• Reliable and consistently on time
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Detail-oriented (accurate order fulfillment is critical)
• Able to lift ~30-50 lbs occasionally
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (for package drop-offs) Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience in a warehouse, shop, or hands-on job
• Familiarity with welding supplies or fittings
• Previous shipping or e-commerce fulfillment experience Schedule Options
• 4 hours/day (Monday-Friday), or
• 2-3 longer days per week (Final schedule will be set and consistent week-to-week) What This Job Is
