Temp to Hire LSI Staffing is seeking a Shipping/Small Parts Clerks for our client in Irving, Texas. We will do an immediate start after one interview. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: + Ensuring accuracyShipping clerks need to ensure the accuracy of orders, including the selected items and quantities. They also examine shipment contents and compare them with records to verify accuracy. + Maintaining a clean and organized areaShipping clerks are responsible for keeping their work area clean and organized. + Meeting deadlinesShipping clerks need to be able to meet pressing deadlines while paying close attention to detail. + Managing shipmentsShipping clerks are responsible for the shipment of products, materials, and supplies. This includes preparing items for shipment, scheduling and logistics, and tracking inventory. + Maintaining recordsShipping clerks need to maintain accurate records and logs of daily moves, including incoming and outgoing shipments. + Collaborating with othersShipping clerks work with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, and service providers. They also communicate with carriers to arrange for shipping and inform loading crews when transportation is available.
