Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping & Packaging Associate to join our dynamic team in Katy, TX, 77493. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are packaged securely and shipped efficiently to our valued customers. Responsibilities Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring all items are securely packed to prevent damage. Label packages accurately and maintain shipping records in compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to improve shipping processes and efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics is a plus. Previous experience in shipping, packaging, or warehouse operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with shipping software and tools is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and tracking shipments.
