Job Description

Job Description - Deployment Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Deployment Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the preparation, processing, and shipment of equipment for new account setups and service replacements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a high level of accuracy, and is adaptable to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process service tickets for equipment replacements and new account setups Verify shipping details and special instructions using internal systems Coordinate and communicate shipping approvals with internal teams, including sales representatives and management Generate shipping labels and ensure accuracy of delivery information Perform quality assurance checks on all outgoing equipment to ensure completeness and accuracy Package and prepare equipment shipments in accordance with company standards Upload tracking information, maintain shipment records, and close tickets in internal systems Communicate shipping costs and related fees to appropriate teams Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and ensure adequate stock levels Assist with incoming inventory, equipment handling, and terminal pickups Manage multiple shipments simultaneously while maintaining organization and accuracy
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to lift and move equipment packages up to 30 pounds Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn, adapt, and cross-train in different areas as needed
Schedule Requirements:
Full-time position with a schedule of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM to accommodate daily shipping deadlines and carrier pickup windows
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
