Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring seamless warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will help maintain optimal inventory levels, support order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards across the distribution center. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our logistics process, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments by inspecting, verifying quantities, and recording deliveries using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products accurately for delivery Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Manage stock levels through proper stocking, order picking, and inventory replenishment in accordance with warehouse distribution procedures Utilize warehouse management systems Conduct quality checks during packing and shipping processes to ensure order accuracy and completeness Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety guidelines and performing routine equipment inspections Requirements Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order fulfillment and inventory counts Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and productivity goals Join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk and become an essential part of our logistics operation!
