Position Summary We're hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage day-to-day shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This role is essential to ensuring products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. It's a hands-on position with room to grow into advanced logistics or operations roles. Key Responsibilities Pack and unpack shipments according to company standards Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and related documentation Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas Communicate effectively with vendors, carriers, and internal teams Enter shipment data and maintain accurate inventory records Comply with company policies and safety regulations Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred Forklift experience a plus Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks helpful) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
