Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented RV Parts Receiving Clerk to manage incoming shipments, verify orders, and help keep our parts department fully stocked and organized. This is an important support role that ensures our service technicians and customers have the right parts when they need them. Key Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming parts orders against purchase orders and packing slips Inspect shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness Process returns, backorders, and warranty parts as needed Stock incoming inventory in the correct locations and maintain organized storage areas Update inventory records and ensure parts are recorded according to dealership standards Assist with picking and pulling parts for service technicians or retail customers when required Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked Communicate effectively with vendors, parts managers, and service advisors Perform other warehouse/parts department duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) 1+ year of experience in a dealership parts/warehouse, shipping/receiving, or similar role (preferred) Ability to read and comprehend instructions, purchase orders, and technical information Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, Microsoft Office) Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred QualificationsWhat We OfferEqual Opportunity Employer DeMontrond Automotive Group is committed to equal employment opportunity and prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
