Job Description
Job Title:
Warehouse Receiving Job Summary:
To safely unload and accurately match product to purchase order and complete demand in ERP system. Multi-task to be able to perform job duties and help in other department areas.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
•Monitor:
Watch dock for vendors and suppliers. Sign for what you receive only. •Unload:
Unload trucks by forklift, pallet jack and or by hand. •Organize:
Make sure all materials are in designated receiving area. Receive in order of receipt. •Read and Write:
Must be able to read and write English. Understand purchase orders, Bill of Lading, pick list and sales orders. •Computer and ERP System Use:
Perform basic computer tasks and navigate the ERP system (EPICOR) for receiving and inventory control functions. •Inventory Management:
Apply foundational knowledge of inventory management principles. • 5S Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following the 5S methodology. •Adaptability:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn and perform additional duties as needed. •Warehouse Knowledge:
Apply basic warehouse knowledge to enhance operational efficiency. •Safety Compliance:

•Experience:
Previous experience in warehouse receiving or a similar role preferred. •Skills:
Strong attention to detail, accuracy in counting, and ability to read and interpret documents. •Technical Proficiency:
Forklift, Competency with a tape measure, basic computer operations, and ERP systems. •Work Environment:
Warehouse climate changes with season. Lift, bending, and twisting daily. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. •Safety Orientation:
