FULL-TIME PARTS RECEIVING CLERK
. Position Overview We're looking for an organized and detail-driven Parts Receiving Clerk to join our team and help keep the heart of our dealership running smoothly. This position is responsible for ordering, receiving, inspecting, logging, and shelving parts for a wide range of outdoor power equipment. Key Responsibilities Place daily parts orders and Receive incoming parts shipments, unpack boxes, and inspect items for damage or discrepancies Verify shipments against invoices and packing lists Accurately enter received inventory into our system Label and shelve parts in correct inventory locations Return incorrect or damaged parts as needed Assist with parts inquiries from service technicians or front counter staff Prepare parts for transfer to other departments or locations Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe receiving area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous receiving or inventory experience preferred Familiarity with outdoor power equipment parts is a big plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods What We Offer Competitive hourly wage Health On-the-job training and potential for advancement Supportive team environment
