$20/hr Position Summary We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in modern warehouse environments that utilize ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode technology, and electronic scanning processes. Candidates who are highly tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment. Utilize ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inventory transactions and order processing. Perform barcode scanning for receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory control activities. Operate scan-to-pick and scan-to-receive processes to ensure inventory accuracy. Verify product quantities, part numbers, and shipment documentation. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts. Coordinate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Identify and report inventory discrepancies and process issues. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Preferred Qualifications (In Order of Priority) Experience with ERP systems (Oracle experience strongly preferred, but any ERP platform is valuable). Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and system integrations. Experience with barcoding systems and electronic picking processes. Experience using scan-to-pick and/or scan-to-receive technology. Additional Qualifications Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience. Strong computer and technology skills. Ability to learn new software and warehouse technologies quickly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills.
