Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments verifying quantities against purchase orders and delivery documentation. Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, documenting issues and communicating with suppliers or supervisors as needed. Accurately update the Shiphero warehouse management system (WMS) details to ensure real-time stock visibility. Stock shelves efficiently, organize products for easy retrieval, and prepare items for order picking, packing, or shipping. Oversee returns and removals from the system as they arrive on the dock. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols related to warehouse distribution operations. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or related roles with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Strong basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to order fulfillment. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse equipment efficiently. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures diligently. Able to manage people, communicate clearly and oversee projects such as physical inventory counts, returns and removals. Strong English skills required for communicating with clients regarding inventory issues primarily via email. Able to be cleared for work through the E-Verify system.
