Job Description

Shipper (Warehouse Associate)
Pay:
$18.50/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM (No Weekends) Job Overview We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipper to join a growing warehouse team. In this role, you'll play an essential part in ensuring high-quality orthotic and prosthetic products are shipped accurately and on time so clinicians can provide life-changing care to their patients. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and process outbound orders, including international shipments Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and customs documentation Schedule carrier pickups and ensure shipments are packaged securely and correctly Perform cycle counts, inventory transfers, and resolve inventory discrepancies Complete shipping and inventory transactions using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Experience with shipping software and carriers such as UPS and FedEx Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per day Ability to lift, reach, pull, and handle items up to 50 pounds occasionally Strong attention to detail and ability to read small numbers and follow written work instructions in a scanner-free environment Experience operating pallet handling equipment preferred Willingness to become forklift certified upon hire International shipping and customs documentation experience is a plus
