Part-Time Order Fulfillment Assistant

We are looking for part-time help at UTKilts, a small family-run business based in Taylor/West Haven. This role involves helping with order fulfillment, organizing inventory, receiving incoming shipments, handling returns and exchanges, and general day-to-day warehouse tasks.

Main responsibilities include:

Pulling and packing customer orders Printing shipping labels Organizing inventory and restocking shelves Receiving boxes and incoming products Processing returns and exchanges Keeping the warehouse and work areas organized As you get familiar with the role, additional responsibilities may include: Answering customer emails Updating orders and basic computer tasks Assisting with day-to-day customer support Hours are weekday mornings, usually starting around 8:30-9:00 AM. Typical shifts are 2-4 hours per day, around 3-5 days per week, depending on workload. No evening work. Occasional Saturdays may be needed, but they are always early and finished before noon. We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and detail-oriented Comfortable with light physical work and lifting boxes Organized and willing to learn Comfortable working in a small business environment This is an 18+ position and is not seasonal.
