The person we select will be paid an hourly rate. This is a part-time management position offering 20-25 hours a week as a site manager. You will be working in the storage/rental industry. We are looking for somebody who is able to relate with people and enjoys working with them as 80% or more of your job will be working with customers, prospective customers. General duties include, Showing and help prospective tenants to choose proper storage unit size. Enter new leases into storage tracking program, Keeping the storage complex clear of debris, assist tenants with issues as needed, make delinquency collection phone calls. ensure vacant units are ready to lease out. and other assignments as given by General Manager. Desired skills include the following Ability to work with all types of people with keeping focused on company goals Computer Literacy, willing to learn in and outs of computer system, able to work with Microsoft office products. Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus. Great with time management, getting tasks completed in timely manner Handle minor repairs to storage units, and skilled in basic general maintenance Lift and move items up to 50 lbs, Having those qualities will put you at the top of our list. Willing to submit to drug test and background check.
