Job Description

SHIPPING & PACKING CLERK
Precision Matters Here | Full-Time Opportunity Are you the kind of person who notices every detail, triple-checks your work, and takes pride in doing things the right way? Do you thrive on organization, process, and making sure nothing gets missed? If so, this could be the perfect fit. We're looking for a highly detail-oriented Shipping & Packing Clerk to carefully package fragile products for shipment with accuracy and care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused, independent work and takes satisfaction in creating order and consistency.
Pay:
Starting at $16/hr
DOE What You'll Do:
Carefully pack delicate and fragile products for safe shipment Follow established packing and shipping procedures with precision Inspect materials and completed packages for accuracy and quality Prepare shipments to ensure products arrive protected and damage-free Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and priorities

Extremely attentive to detail and process-oriented Takes pride in neat, accurate, high-quality work Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions Self-motivated and dependable — someone who sees what needs done and handles it Thrives in structured, focused work environments
Training & Shift Progression:
This position includes a structured training process: Start training on 1st shift Transition to training on the mid-shift Move permanently to 2nd shift once fully trained If you're someone who finds satisfaction in precision, organization, and protecting products with care, we'd love to hear from you.
