The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the shipping and receiving process, ensuring that all products are accurately received, stored, and distributed. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, documenting any discrepancies. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock locations. Load and unload products from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or reach trucks. Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain organization within the warehouse by stocking shelves and ensuring proper product placement. Operate RF scanners for inventory management and order fulfillment processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of shipments and adherence to safety protocols. Assist in packaging products for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards for e-commerce distribution. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tasks as needed. Requirements Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes. Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment. Experience with RF scanners for efficient picking & packing operations. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and inventory management.
