Position Summary Perfect Zero is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Assistant to support daily shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for preparing outbound shipments, maintaining shipping accuracy, assisting with inventory organization, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently and correctly. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Order Fulfillment Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently Verify orders, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation prior to shipment Coordinate daily shipping activity to ensure timely order fulfillment Maintain shipping records and tracking information Receiving & Inventory Support Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and material movement Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed Ensure products and materials are properly labeled and stored Operational Support Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient shipping area Support warehouse and operational teams with material handling and logistics tasks Identify and communicate shipping discrepancies or inventory concerns promptly Follow company procedures related to shipping, compliance, and product handling Process & Quality Help maintain shipping accuracy and minimize fulfillment errors Support continuous improvement efforts related to shipping workflows and organization Ensure packaging standards and product presentation meet company expectations

Qualifications Required:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable work ethic and strong follow-through Ability to lift and move packages/materials as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

Experience with shipping software, ERP systems, or inventory platforms Previous shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred Working knowledge of firearms or firearm-related products Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other shipping platforms Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operational environments Key Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable and team-oriented Organized and process-driven Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Schedule & Benefits Full-time, on-site position Monday through Friday schedule (hours to be discussed during interview process) Compensation $25-$27 per hour
