Compensation:
$19.70•$21.90 per hour, paid bi-weekly Summary The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, pulling, and organizing collectible items to fulfill customer orders while operating proprietary automation machinery as needed. This role plays a critical part in shaping the customer's experience by ensuring orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and with care. The Fulfillment Associate serves as a front-line representative of the COMC brand and is expected to demonstrate strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities/Duties Pick and pull items from the warehouse to complete customer orders accurately. Prepare and organize orders for sorting according to standard procedures. Operate the automated sorting machine safely, including loading and unloading. Package orders carefully and place them in the designated pickup area. Complete all orders on time while maintaining accuracy and care. Group similar items together for storage and easy retrieval. Keep shelves, packing areas, and workstations clean and organized. Monitor inventory ready for fulfillment and report any issues to your supervisor. Communicate clearly with your team and supervisor in person, chat, or email. Learn other processes and assist different departments as needed. Meet or exceed productivity expectations (metrics) for your role. Keep customer and company information confidential. Follow

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using computers and standard software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel). Ability to learn new systems, tools, and procedures quickly. Able to follow processes, meet productivity goals, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus. Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or operational support preferred.
