293316477 Job Description Shipping and Receiving Associate Job Description SeaBear Company is seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Warehouse associate, which has the primary responsibility for the receipt and storage of perishable and non-perishable products/material into and out of the facility. This position will also serve as our alternative delivery driver. This full-time, year-round position offers a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 6am - 430pm, with some overtime/occasional Fridays as needed. Compensation will be between $20 -$22/hr., depending on experience/certifications.  This position is based at our production facility in Anacortes, WA, and will report to our Distribution Manager.

Responsibilities:

Serve as primary receiver of delivered goods at the warehouse Ensure all products are warehoused appropriately, in freezers or racks, ensuring accessibility and limited safety hazards Schedule all LTL shipments, track and confirm deliveries, billing accuracy; prepare all BOLs and carrier coordination Process returns, review shipping options, maintain inventory records, recall sheets, data entry, and associated functions with the warehouse

Requirements:

Safely operate a 16ft refrigerated box truck (no CDL required) Provide documentation of a safe driving record from WA DOL and pass a background check Hold a proper and valid driver's license and meet insurance requirements Forklift experience/certification a plus
