Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Order Processor to join our team. You will be responsible for handling Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) orders and coordinating shipments from various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Walmart. This role involves daily tasks such as printing shipping labels, preparing packages, and maintaining order accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
Shipping & Labeling:
Print shipping labels, pick and pack items (primarily books), and ensure timely dispatch to customers.
Inventory Coordination:
Work closely with the warehouse and inventory team to check stock availability, reserve items, and manage backorders.
Customer Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries. Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or issues.
Documentation:
Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and shipment details.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve any issues related to orders, including payment discrepancies, returns, and replacements.
Requirement:
Education:
College degree required; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
Experience:
Prior experience in e-commerce order fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse operations is preferred.
Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and shipping platforms. Experience with e-commerce platforms and/or ERP systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable performing physical tasks such as packing and handling shipments.
