Lynden Door is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Team Member to join our Materials Department. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inbound materials, supporting the entire organization in meeting daily operational demands. What You'll Do:

Schedule delivery appointments and direct inbound drivers to unloading docks Perform receiving inspections on inbound material per LDI procedures Label all inbound materials upon receipt Transact goods receipts and create complete receiving packets Communicate material issues with the Purchasing team Create transfers and replenish inventory across the campus Verify accuracy of transfers and complete posting transactions Conduct spot checks and item counts Respond to emails in the shared department inbox Create and post inventory batch adjustments Support Materials Handler responsibilities as needed Follow all safety policies and ensure safe working practices
