Shipping / Receiving Clerk

SUMMARY

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk helps to maintain an efficient supply chain by preparing shipments, processing deliveries, and checking for quality and accuracy on all orders. This position interacts frequently with engineers, machinists, vendors and customers in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment. CitizenRequired Education:

HS diplomaMust be able to obtain and maintain an ATF Handlers Permit, which requires passing a federal criminal background check and authorizes the handling of regulated firearms and explosives.

Preferred:

Experience in an office administration or supply chain positionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, organize tasks and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook), ERP experience a plusThis position requires the use of stairs, and occasionally lifting objects up to 50lbs
