Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our dynamic logistics and fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, accurate inventory management, and efficient shipping and receiving operations within our fast-paced warehouse environment. Your proactive approach and technical skills will help us deliver exceptional service to our online customers, supporting the growth of our e-commerce platform. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, order fulfillment, and distribution processes while contributing to a thriving digital retail operation. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure accuracy and timeliness Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload trucks safely to manage stock movement within the warehouse Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) software to track inventory levels, update stock records, and coordinate order fulfillment Stock shelves efficiently by organizing products according to warehouse distribution standards and maintaining a clean workspace Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against packing lists and processing inbound/outbound freight Use basic math skills for inventory counting, order calculations, and verifying shipment quantities Support warehouse distribution tasks such as loading pallets onto trucks and managing stock replenishment using MRPs (Material Requirements Planning) tools Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or in logistics operations is preferred but not required Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar ERP platforms is advantageous Hands-on experience with order picking & packing, shipping & receiving procedures, and inventory control techniques Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation standards Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order accuracy Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and load/unload activities Join us as an E-commerce Associate where your energy fuels our success!
