This role is vital to maintaining efficient workflow in our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting distribution operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and understands the importance of compliance and attention to detail within the cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and properly store cannabis products and packaging materials Accurately count and track inventory, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards Prepare and package orders for distribution to dispensaries or other clients Assist with shipping, receiving, and logistical operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Collaborate with team members to support daily warehouse operations and meet production goals Report any discrepancies, damages, or concerns promptly to management
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, distribution, or cannabis industry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate counts Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
