This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring products are packaged and loaded safely and efficiently.

Full-Time Benefits Offered Weekly Pay Paid Training Paid Sick Leave Affordable Healthcare Plan (MEC) Simple IRA (401K) Career Growth Opportunities What You'll Do Prepare products for shipment through packaging, banding, labeling, and staging Accurately verify quantities and product information before shipment Use the company's inventory and shipping software to track materials and update records Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and inventory control processes Load and unload trucks safely using a forklift Inspect shipments for accuracy, quality, and proper packaging Maintain organized warehouse and shipping areas Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work closely with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to meet customer deadlines Preferred Skills & Experience Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred but not required Forklift operating experience strongly preferred Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Team-oriented with positive communication skills Work Environment Industrial manufacturing and warehouse setting Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and material handling Forklift operation and loading/unloading activities Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required Fast-paced environment focused on quality, accuracy, and safety If you're dependable, organized, and take pride in accurate work, we'd love to hear from you.
