In this role, you will be the backbone of daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate shipping and receiving, and efficient stock management. Your proactive approach will help optimize warehouse distribution processes and support our commitment to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Assist with order picking and packing using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load, unload, and transport goods within the facility. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms, maintaining precise stock levels through regular stock checks and updates. Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation, preparing packages for dispatch, and ensuring proper labeling. Stock shelves efficiently while adhering to safety protocols; organize products for easy access during order picking and packing processes. Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment tasks, including order picking, packing, and loading trucks for distribution. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety standards and assisting with warehouse sanitation procedures. Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software for inventory control. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment processes in a warehouse environment. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Experience in e-commerce warehousing including picking & packing for online orders. Knowledge of warehouse distribution practices with an emphasis on safety and efficiency. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
