Shipping and Receiving Clerk Company:
AC Tool & Machine Company
Location:
Germantown, WI 53022
Salary Range:
$20 + per hour (based on experience)
Shifts:
First Core Duties
Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and seal outgoing products according to carrier regulations and company standards.
Documentation:
Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and Bills of Lading (BOL).
Quality Assurance:
Inspect packages for damages and verify that the outgoing items match the customer's order specifications.
Unloading & Inspection:
Promptly unload incoming trucks and inspect freight for visible damage or missing items.
Verification:
Compare delivered goods against company purchase orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
Inventory Logging:
Update Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or to accurately reflect incoming stock levels.
Routing & Storing:
Sort and transfer received materials to their designated locations.
Inventory Control:
physical inventory audits and report any discrepancies.
Equipment Operation:
Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a clean, hazard-free shipping area and comply with all occupational and environmental safety regulations.
Other:
Other duties as necessary Skills Forklift Basic computer skills Attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Hand & Power tool skills Lift 40 pounds without assistance Strong sense of time organization and urgency Able to work independently and within a team
