Receiving and Replenishment Associate 7555 W Mequon Rd, Mequon, WI 53092 Full-time Full-time Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Associate to join Ray's Mequon team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate receipt of goods, and maintaining organized inventory. This position requires familiarity with store replenishment operations, receiving processes, and the use of various store equipment and management systems. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using scanners and store management systems Load and unload freight Stock received items in designated storage locations, ensuring proper organization for easy retrieval Utilize Vision systems to update and vet inventory accurately Wine and Spirits store fulfillment Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols during all store activities Collaborate with the Wine and Spirit Directors to optimize stock levels and ensure the timely processing of goods Skills Familiarity with receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and inventory management Strong basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods Experience with warehouse stock management and e-commerce fulfillment is preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory accuracy Good communication skills to coordinate effectively within a team This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced Wine & Spirits environment where your skills contribute directly to operational success.
