Job Description

New Beerlin, WI Shift / Hours 1st/ 7am-3:30pm Schedule will change to 8:30am - 5pm in the near future Pay Rate $21 - $24 p/hr
Specific Duties:
Performs necessary labor requirements to maintain the warehouse in a safe, organized, and clean condition. Pick and transfer raw materials required in manufacturing as directed. Assist in the receiving of raw materials and plant supplies. Assist in the staging and shipment of finished goods. Assist in performing cycle counts of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies kept in the warehouse. Assist in the preparation and administration of the warehouse record keeping process. Follow all directions from the Lead Warehouse Person. Load and unload shipments from both trailers and overseas containers. Assist in transferring finished goods from plant to warehouse Requirements of the position: Must maintain assigned work area in a clean and safe condition. Must support and adhere to Petron's
ISO-9001
Quality program. Must follow all safety rules. Must be willing to work overtime as directed. Must follow the established work rules. Must comply with the assigned work schedule. Must have a strong attendance record Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must have the ability to perform minimum math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing). Must have a minimum of a high school degree or GED. Must have the ability to work at a fast pace. Must have the physical stamina to work standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting a minimum of 50 pounds. Must have the ability to climb ladders. Must have good interpersonal skills. Must have previous forklift experience. Must have a strong attention to detail. Accuracy is essential. Must have computer skills Participate in daily plant clean up Must have good communication/math skills, team player, (it's a small crew)
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
