7:00am-4:00pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Shipping & Receiving role for a company in Oak Creek, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Shipping & Receiving Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Verify incoming and outgoing items and quantities for accuracy
• Create labels and package products for safe delivery
• Prepare packing lists, Bills of Lading, and documentation for domestic and international shipments
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Request freight quotes via phone or email
• Schedule and prepare freight shipments
• Build basic pallets and crates when required
• Pick, pull, and package customer orders
• Pull BOM items for production
• Consolidate, reclassify, date code, and label warehouse goods
• Inspect, receive, and put away incoming materials
• Enter data and transactions into the ERP system manually
• Stage and load outbound containers
• Replenish component inventory in floor stock locations daily
• Look up items and perform cycle counts in the ERP system
• Perform part identification, measurement, and inspection tasks

Shipping & Receiving Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods
• Strong oral, written, and email communication skills
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Ability to operate forklifts and order pickers
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions
• Practical experience shipping with UPS WorldShip and FedEx
• Ability to work directly with customer service and accounting teams
• Experience with JDE ERP system is a plus
• Ability to accurately identify parts, count items, and use measuring tools (tape measure, dial calipers)
