Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be the vital link ensuring smooth and accurate order fulfillment, from order entry to shipment. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, shipping logistics, and inventory control will drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Accurately process incoming customer orders using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and RF scanners, ensuring all details align with order specifications. Coordinate with warehouse teams to pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, utilizing order picker equipment, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools. Manage shipping & receiving activities, including load & unload operations, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards. Oversee stock levels through inventory management systems like AS400 and MRP (Material Requirements Planning), maintaining optimal stock levels for efficient distribution. Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while adhering to safety standards and packaging guidelines. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, shipments, and inventory adjustments for audit purposes and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Hands-on experience operating forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as ERP platforms (e.g., AS400), RF scanners, and MRP systems. Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance requirements related to shipping & receiving. Basic math skills for inventory counting, order calculations, and data entry accuracy. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to meet deadlines efficiently.
Pay:
$22.81 - $27.47 per hour
