Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager / Delivery Driver to lead our warehouse operations and ensure seamless delivery services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee inventory control, process improvements, and logistics management while actively participating in delivery routes. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong supervisory skills to drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems. Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, process standards, and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean methodologies. Coordinate transportation planning, freight management, dispatching, and fleet management to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs. Oversee procurement, purchasing, and materials management activities to maintain optimal inventory levels and supply chain efficiency. Conduct demand planning, production planning, and supply chain analytics to forecast needs accurately and support operational goals. Ensure compliance with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and other transportation regulations. Operate forklifts safely for warehouse distribution tasks while maintaining accurate records of shipping & receiving activities. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse supervision with a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, or operations management. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400, transportation management systems, and supply chain analytics tools. Hands-on experience with freight handling, shipping & receiving processes, inventory control, procurement, and dispatching. Valid forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment safely. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a culture of continuous improvement using Lean principles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities including demand planning, production scheduling, and budget oversight.
